The Rick Bean Trio, saxophonist Ziad Rabie, and Orlando-based guest vocalist Michelle Amato join VOX in a celebration of jazz composers, arrangers, and performers with ties to North Carolina. Hear the music of John Coltrane, Dizzy Gillespie, Billy Strayhorn, and Charlotte's own Loonis McGlohon, among others.  Also on the program: Will Todd's Mass in Blue for soprano, chorus, and jazz ensemble.
